Most homes are scheduled the same or next week. In December and before hurricane season, book 1–2 weeks ahead.

All of Miami Beach (South Beach, Mid-Beach, North Beach and Normandy Isles), Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands and Sunny Isles Beach, plus Key Biscayne and Fisher Island by arrangement.

For homes: interior and exterior glass, frames, sills, tracks and screens, with drop cloths and a final walkthrough. Heavy hard-water removal, construction residue and tower exteriors are quoted separately.

Oceanfront homes and condos: every 8–12 weeks. Bayside and inland homes: every 3–4 months. Storefronts: weekly or bi-weekly. Condo towers: ocean side every 3–4 months, full building twice a year.

Light rain does not affect the result because we rinse with pure water. We reschedule for storms, lightning and high wind, especially on high-rise work.

Only for interior work. For exterior-only service we just need access and gate codes.

Yes. We use pure water, soft pads and neutral cleaners that follow impact and Low-E glass manufacturer guidelines, and never scrape coated glass.

Yes. Every job is done by a crew carrying general liability and workers’ compensation insurance, and we can issue a certificate of insurance naming your association, landlord or property manager.

If you see streaks within 48 hours of your clean, tell us and we will come back and re-clean those windows free.

Inside-and-out cleaning starts at $199 for up to 20 windows, and most Miami Beach homes land between $200 and $350. Exterior-only starts at $149, condo units typically run $150–$280 and storefront routes $80–$250 a visit. High-rise buildings are quoted after a free site walk.

Yes. Recurring plans (every 2, 3 or 4 months) are priced lower than one-time cleans and lock in your schedule.
